Package Tour Payment Procedures |
Operating in the travel & tour business, we receive payments from all over the world. Charges made by banks for international money transfers must add $25 on total amount for a local bank charges. All charges from the point of origin should be on sender's account. It is important to plan your travel arrangements as far in advance as possible. In this way, any last minute hitches relating to money transfers can be avoided. Not to mention the peace of mind knowing that all arrangements are in place and the only thing left to do is to pack your suitcase. I sincerely hope you enjoy your holiday in our country and in Cebu in particular and that it will not be your last visit. |
General Procedure Following acceptance of our quotation, booking details and payment options are sent by email. Based on the start date of the booking, payments are required as follows: Hotel Booking: Less than 3 weeks, payment is required in full. More than 3 weeks, 50% deposit, with the balance payable 8 days before commencement of the booking. Tour Reservation: Less than 3 weeks, 50% deposit is required. Balance payable upon arrival. Hotel + Tour Package Reservation: Less than 3 weeks, 75% deposit is required. Balance payable upon arrival. |

Payments made must reflect the amount required to secure your reservations either in Partial Deposit or Full Payment as per travel arrangement requires on a case to case basis. Insufficient amount of remittance may result in delay or cancellation of your travel booking. Payments made are not considered paid until fully cleared and released for payment by the bank. Upon clearance of Payment, a Final Confirmation Email and Voucher will be sent to you. This Final Confirmation email shall complete your online transaction. IMPORTANT: We need details or copy of your payment to process your booking. We will not be responsible for cancelled bookings due to lack of notice on your part. Cancellations: Cancellation of bookings made after paying for the reservation are subject to a cancellation fee. Further penalties will be imposed depending on the type of season (Low , High, Peak) the reservation has been made. Cancellation of reservation during Peak Season will mean forfeiture of the full payment. Details of lean and peak season dates are seen in the Terms & Conditions "TC-6 ". |
Refund: In some cases, expect deductions as refund charges. Refund Processing may take time. No refunds can be made in case any of the services included in our tour packages cannot be provided at the time of the tour for reasons beyond our control of such as caused by forces of nature, like typhoon, earthquakes, .etc. NO REFUND for NO SHOW and ON-THE-SPOT Cancellation. |
