Upon
receiving your booking request, KRTT consultants will
start to assist you in building a pleasant tour plan according
to your special requirements and interests within 24
hours. |

It
is highly recommended that your tour reservation be made
at least 30 days prior to the actual
traveling date. |

Only
50% or full paid tours , will be considered confirm.
Increases may be expected 5 to 10 days before and after
Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter and long holidays.

Inability
to pay on or before the stated option date shall mean
auto cancellation of the said booking. Please note that
KRTT shall not be responsible for bookings that are automatically
cancelled due to the lapse or inability to pay on or before
the option date. |

We
reserve the right to levy a 30% surcharge on all finalized
bookings which the Agent or client will cancel, postpone,
revise or amend. Cancellations, postponements, revisions
and amendments must be submitted to and officially received
by us otherwise total payments made will be forfeited.

Cancellations,
postponements, revisions and amendments must be made one
1 week before departure during the Lean
Season (from June to November) and two 2
weeks before departure during the Peak
Season (from December to May), 1
month before departure during Super
Peak Season (Christmas/New Year/Chinese New Year/Holy
Week/Holidays & Festival) otherwise total payments
made will be forfeited. |

No-Shows
and On-The-Spots Cancellations will be charged the full
rates. |

8 |
We
shall not be held liable for any commitment not made by
KRTT in writing. Once tour has commenced, we shall not
refund or exchange any unused portion. |

KRTT
is responsible in making all the arrangements for everything
specified in the services, itineraries and inclusions.

No
refunds can be made in case any of the services included
in our tour packages cannot be provided at the time of
the tour for reasons beyond our control of such as caused
by forces of nature, like typhoon, eathquakes, .etc. |

KRTT
tour package does not include Insurance. We highly recommend
that you purchase full coverage travel insurance of your
own. |
TC-
12 |
KRTT
will not accept responsibility for the loss, injury, damage,
delay or irregularity that may be caused to our client's
property arising from causes beyond our control. |

Our
services will include only those indicated in the Final
Itinerary, Booking Order or in the Hotel Voucher. |

All
hotel and resort bookings make in this site are all prepaid. |

15 |
No
refunds can be made in case clients will cut short their
stay at the resort or hotel. |

A
Hotel Voucher will be issued through email, fax or personally
upon payment. |
